Our Shipping Policy serves as a clear framework to define the responsibilities and expectations between Elevate Performance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (“you”). It helps ensure that all aspects of shipping — from order processing to delivery — are communicated and understood.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Please note that during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Elevate Performance is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products, such as supplements or large fitness equipment, may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your region or local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
